Tejashwi Yadav Visits Shahabuddin’s Family, Calls Out Bihar’s Governance Failures

Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav criticizes Nitish Kumar’s administration during his visit to Siwan.
RJD leader and former Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav recently visited the family of the late Mohammad Shahabuddin in Siwan, sparking political speculation. During his visit, Yadav met Shahabuddin’s wife, Hina Shahab, and son, Osama Shahab, and was warmly received by RJD supporters in the region.

Yadav used the occasion to launch a scathing attack on Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, alleging corruption and lawlessness in the state. He claimed that governance has deteriorated under Kumar’s leadership, citing rising crime rates and frequent incidents of violence, including recent mass shootings in Patna.

Accusing the administration of mishandling education reforms, Yadav pointed to recurring paper leak scandals, claiming that investigations have repeatedly traced back to the same district without any strict action being taken.

Tejashwi Yadav’s remarks highlight ongoing political tensions in Bihar as the opposition intensifies its criticism of the ruling NDA government. With elections on the horizon, his outreach efforts could be a strategic move to consolidate voter support.
